At keystone Heritage park and in my local community I assist in bringing education and art and hands on activities to the people.
Facilitation and introspective Learning
Embodying ecological consciousness is what I bring to facilitation, bridging the ways of being as authentic as you can, and as in line with natural ways of knowing. The Singing Tree Project is one tool in the box to build peace and creativity in our communities
Sustainability in Systems Consulting
I develop ideas and projects on how to reduce reuse upcycle, adapt and mitigate - to shift the way systems work to be more in allignment with nature as i understand it and the science, and stories of indigenous ways. I am a student practitioner of permacutlure and natural building, and guerilla gardening and citizen science.
Yoga
I host yoga from the LYT method which I learned and am careful to add accesibility for all into the motion and meditation work of being in one's body. As a warrior with Chronic pain, I emphasize listening to the body and guiding us through functional movement for strength and release

YOGA PRESENTATION AT THE CONFERENCE
Eco- Exhale YOGA has been an ongoing series rotating through parks in El Paso, marketed under the banner and intention of recruiting for Eco El Paso. 15 sessions have taken place at the end of 2024, in memorial park, keystone park, memorial park. ​​
